The HN 4.51 mm .1775 16 grain HP slug is an airgun pellet which differs from usual pellets significantly, due to its bullet shape. It has been designed for powerful rifles which can shoot such projectiles on target precisely, at distances of 50, 100 or even 200 metres.

These 4.51 mm .1775 16 grain HP airgun slugs by HN feature an extremely favourable ballistic coefficient due to their aerodynamic shape, which ensures a flat bullet trajectory and outstanding energy retention. The muzzle energy of the rifle used, should be at least 16 joules, while 30 joules is recommended for the best results. Also keep in mind that slugs perform best in barrels that are designed specifically for slugs.
